New Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps With a Special Price for Biogas Upgrading Market

PVR has developed oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps reaching 1000 m³/h and capable of operating in hazardous environments.

Among vacuum pumps’ manufacturers, the Italian company PVR is one of the few reaching that high nominal pumping speed and designed for Atex environment.

Following the positive feedback from the customers for the product in the Biogas field, PVR decided to give its customers the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the pumps by offering them at a promotional price for a limited period.

• PVR is launching a promotion for No. 10 EU1000 Ex (I) 2G – (O) 2G/2D Acc. Ex-d 4-20Ma 30KW 400/690V 50HZ 460V 60HZ inverter-driven pumps, particularly suitable for the UPGRADE phase in Biogas processes.
• PVR provides up to 10 pumps at the promotional price with no limit on the purchase quantity (even 1 pump can be purchased)
• Pumps will be quoted at a ‘promotional’ price to interested companies who contact PVR

Product Details:

This new oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump meets 2014/34 EU standards, and it is certified for category 2 suitable for zone 1 inside/outside and temperature class T3 (200°C).  Additionally, it is provided in compliance with ISO EN 80079-36:2016 and EN 80079-37:2016 standards.

The pump is equipped with a resistance temperature detector PT100 and pressure switch.

The product is suitable for biogas upgrading and new markets’ segments related to renewable energy.
