SB-Mix
The conveyor mix doser is used to stockpile and process larger quantities of biomass and dose this material into a fermenter via screw feeder systems. The doser consists of hydraulically driven conveyor segments which move along the floor of the container. The movement of the segments pushes the material into a processing area with removal screw. Many different dosing and crushing systems can be employed in the processing area depending on the purpose of use. The conveyor floor doser ensures the material stockpiling and conveying up to the fermenter with low energy consumption.
