The NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump in FSIP® design offers up to 66% percent savings in servicing time. Three design variants are available and can be applied in just about every industrial area requiring media conveyance with low pulsation, and are unaffected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity, or dosing applications. 

The FSIP® design is especially handy in situations where pumps are working in wear intensive applications (ex. Wear parts require replacement every month vs. every six or twelve months).

The three variants are the FSIP.ready, the FSIP.advanced and the FSIP.pro. 

 

The FSIP.ready

The FSIP.ready is a basic BY Pump which includes the revised housing design and inspection cover, along with a standard drive train and sealing arrangement. 

The FSIP.advanced

The FSIP.advanced is a BY pump with new housing design and large inspection cover, and split coupling rod. This version allows for both the rotor and stator to be serviced in place.

The FSIP.pro

Finally, the FSIP.pro, also based on the BY pump with new housing design and large inspection cover, has the split coupling rod, and both the cartridge unit and single acting mechanical seal. Two rotor/stator geometries cover a broad spectrum of products and applications.
