The xLC® Stator Adjustment System has proven to extend the life of our NEMO® progressing cavity pumps by more than 3 times.

Wear-intensive applications benefit from the stator adjustment system that can be re-adjusted and replaced quickly in conjunction with our environmentally-friendly iFD-Stator® 2.0.

The iFD-Stator® 2.0 is easily adjusted with axial compression of the elastomer increasing the preload, , which sees the sealing line between rotor and stator readjusted, restoring the pumps performance. With abrasive media the pumps performance drops more quickly, showing higher wear. Spare parts and maintenance is reduced with the xLC® unit, saving time and costs.

In addition to readjustment in case of wear, an integrated display always gives you information about the readjustment status of the stator and when a stator change is imminent. Reliability at a glance. Retrofitting older pumps is also possible without any problems with the conversion kits we’ve made available. Not convinced?
