RAUBIO | Designed for Anaerobic Digesters
The REHAU RAUBIO system is specifically designed for use in anaerobic digesters. This innovative solution utilizes durable PEXa (crosslinked polyethylene) pipes, rated SDR 13, which fix onto a prefabricated rail that is connected to the concrete wall of the digester.
The RAUBIO system significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency within digesters, ensuring optimal temperatures for efficient fermentation processes. This efficiency is achieved through several key advantages:
- Prefabricated Design: By shifting much of the planning off-site, the prefabricated piping layout minimizes the risk of errors, providing consistent pipe spacing, and reduces the reliance on skilled labor on-site. This results in a faster installation process and lower overall costs.
RAUBIO’s advanced design and durable materials offer a significant advantage over traditional stainless-steel systems in biogas digesters.
