Harp Biodigester – Wakan Environment

The Harp unique enzyme/microbes are specifically designed to optimize the decomposition of Organic Waste within the process i.e. to work in high temperatures with enhanced respiration. This process enables the continuous decomposition of organic matter to a dry nutrient-rich organic fertilizer within 24 hours. Converts and reduces food waste by 70%.

Continuous production, loading via the hatch at one end and expulsion of digested matter at the other end. Processes all organics including meats, dairy, fish, fruit, vegetables, compostable tableware and paper napkins up to 20% of the load.

​The machine separates the moisture content by indirect heating and converts it to steam. Steam is then condensed and discharged into the sewer as distillate (100% sterile condensate No BOD, No TSS). The Harp Biodigester series is available in six (6) models with processing capacities between 100 kg and 5000 kg/day of putrescible organic matter.
