Anka Enerji, was founded in 2014 and has a sister company which is specialized in biogas area, BMF Enerji.

BMF, specialized in gas conditioning and gas flare systems. Along with many various capacity plants in Turkey, including Municipality of Istanbul Seymen LFG to electricty plant in Istanbul with a capacity of 40.000 m3/h was designed by BMF.

Gas Treatment Systems

The contaminant gases in biogas constitute one of the biggest expense items with their damages to engine equipment. These substances not only cause wear on machine parts but also shorten the service life of the oil.

It is possible to reduce significantly the maintenance costs with our project-specific gas cleaning and conditioning systems based on gas analysis, especially for Hydrogen Sulphide and Siloxane.

More than 10 years of gas treatment experience, ANKA Enerji brings tailor-made solutions to biogas and LFG with high treatment performance and low pressure loss.

Seymen Regenerative Siloxane Removal System (20.000 Nm3/h)
SGS ® by ANKA Enerji offers a unique solution for all these problems and treat the landfill or biogas to the acceptable limits by the gas engine manufacturers. Seymen LFG treatment plant is on duty since the beginning of September 2020 for 10.000 m3/h LFG.After 1 year of operation of 10.000 m³/h Seymen LFG treatment plant, the SGS system has been upgraded to 20.000 m³/h and supplying clean gas for 26 Innio Jenbacher 1415 kW gas engines since February 2022. Next expansion to 30.000 m³/h will be completed in last quarter of 2022 by ANKA.

SUEZ Çanakkale Regenerative Siloxane Removal System (1.400 Nm3/h)
Landfill Gas Treatment System SGS-1400 is supplying clean gas for two of 1200 kW MWM type landfill gas engine for landfill gas to electricity power plant in Çanakkale. It has capacity of 1.400 Nm3/h gas flowrate. It started working in April 2022 and it is up and running now successfully.

SEKAY – Landfill Gas and Biogas Regenerative Siloxane Removal System (2 x 2.500 Nm3/h)

Landfill Gas Treatment System SGS2500 is supplying clean gas for four of 1560 kW CAT type landfill gas engine and biogas for landfill gas to electricity power plant in Sakarya. It has capacity of 2.500 Nm³/h gas flowrate. It started working in March 2022 and it is up and running now successfully.
